BACK-TO-BACK GT WORLD CHALLENGE AMERICA CHAMPIONS RETURN FOR 2026 SEASON IN PRO CATEGORY

Newton, N.H. (February 24, 2026) – Back-to-back GT World Challenge America Pro-Am champions Robby Foley and Justin Rothberg will return in the Turner Motorsport BMW M4 GT3 EVO for the 2026 season, this time taking on the Pro ranks.

The combination of Foley, a BMW M works driver, with Rothberg has proven success winning the 2024 and 2025 GTWC championship titles in Pro-Am. The duo has tallied seven race wins and 12 podium finishes on their road to back-to-back titles. 2024 was a learning year and the championship win was a come-from-behind chase that came down to the final hours of the Indianapolis 8 Hour season finale. In 2025, the team came in with a target on its back, opening the season with a win in Sonoma and leading championship standings from start to finish. 2026 will pose a new challenge moving into the Pro category, and while it may not count as a true three-peat, the team has its eye on a third championship.

Another shift from 2025 will see Rothberg move from double duty in GT America to focusing solely on GT World Challenge. Rothberg chased the championship in 2024 finishing in second by one point but secured the title in 2025 in a dominant fashion. Although the 24-year-old will not return to defend his title in the bronze-rated, single-driver sprint series, the two years of experience racing against veterans in the sport contributed to his quick learning of the BMW M4 GT3 machine and race craft.

The Turner BMW M4 GT3 EVO will continue to sport LATICRETE as its primary livery, but with a new look for 2026. The 2026 GT World Challenge America season in SRO will kick off with a two-day test followed by the season opener at Sonoma Raceway March 25-29 in Sonoma, California.

Robby Foley, Driver of the No. 29 BMW M4 GT3 EVO

I’m excited to be back with Justin for the 2026 season, debuting a new look for our LATICRETE BMW M4 GT3 EVO. We had a dream run winning three championships across 2024 and 2025, and we’re excited to take the next step into the Pro class. It’s going to be a tough challenge, but with the continuity within our team, I’m confident we can fight at the front.

Justin Rothberg, Driver of the No. 29 BMW M4 GT3 EVO

I’m super excited to be returning to World Challenge this season with Robby, Turner Motorsport, and LATICRETE. This season will definitely be a challenge moving up to the pro class, but I think we’ve got a great team and playbook to maximize our chances at success. I know Robby and everyone at Turner are ready for the occasion, and I’ll just have to get used to chasing faster rabbits, and we’ll see what we can do!

Will Turner, Team Owner

I’m looking forward to racing again in SRO with Justin and Robby. Having won three championships with this pair the last two years, I’m optimistic that they will be contenders in the Pro/Pro class every weekend!
