TURNER MOTORSPORT WINS APEX ONE 10-HOUR AT SEBRING INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY

NEWTON, N.H. (November 25, 2025) – Turner Motorsport secured the win at Apex One’s 10-hour endurance race at Sebring International Raceway last Saturday. The No. 96 BMW M4 GT3 was piloted by Turner Motorsport driver Francis Selldorff along with newcomers to Turner, Kevin Madsen and Adrian Kunzle.

The Sebring 10 Hour was a part of Apex One’s newly launched racing division, Apex One Endurance, which includes two multi-class endurance racing events, and concludes with the Circuit of the Americas 6 Hour in February 2026.

Selldorff, Madsen and Kunzle claimed the top step of the podium after starting from fourth.  Selldorff drove the No. 96 BMW M4 GT3 into second, and Madsen and Kunzle performed well, showing little to no evidence that this was the trio’s first race together. The Turner crew executed seamlessly, avoiding issues or attrition, unlike some of the competition. The yellow-and-blue BMW pulled away in the second half of the race, leading at the six-, seven-, eight-, and nine-hour milestones and finishing first overall.

Selldorff is no stranger to the Turner team having driven the No. 95 BMW M4 GT4 for the past two seasons in IMSA’s Michelin Pilot Challenge as well as capturing the championship title in the No. 95 BMW M4 GT4 in VP SportsCar Challenge in 2023. However, this is Selldorff’s first race in GT3 machinery – a successful one at that.

“Apex One’s Sebring 10 Hour was a lot of fun and a great learning experience for me,” said Selldorff. “I’m very familiar with the Turner team, but it was nice to get to know the GT3 side. My first GT3 race definitely surprised me. The car is so capable, and I’m excited to fine tune a lot of new skills with this more advanced platform. This 10-hour race was also a perfect test to see about potentially doing more endurance races in the future. The factor that surprised me the most was actually myself, as a Type 1 diabetic. I’ll have to make new processes to manage that over the course of a longer race, unlike the sprint races I’m used to in Michelin Pilot Challenge.

“Winning the race was a nice cherry on top to a great week. We won the race because we had no issues or mistakes – which speaks to how good of a job the Turner Motorsport crew always does and the flawless driving from Kevin and Adrian, who were great teammates and a blast to drive with.”

Madsen has extensive experience with several seasons in Super Trofeo and SRO America under his belt, as well as multiple endurance races including the 24 Hours of Spa and Indianapolis 8 Hour.

“From an event at Sebring beginning of this year that wasn’t fun, to having a blast winning this one together overall in GT3, it feels really good to see that trajectory,” said Madsen. “ I’m super proud of Adrian in his first GT3 race to perform the way he did. His work ethic and growth this year have been very impressive. Francis is a great young talent and was a reliable beast all day long for us. The Turner boys including Erik, Kev, Connor, Robby, Giancarlo, James and more are all top pros that are focused on winning. That’s what we want. Let’s keep this momentum rolling into 2026.”

Like Selldorff, this was Kunzle’s first GT3 race. The British racing driver won the GT4 championship in the GT Celebration series in 2022 and teamed up with Madsen in Super Trofeo for the past two seasons.

“It was very special to win my first GT3 endurance race, and at such a storied and punishing track,” said Kunzle. “Huge thanks to my teammates, Kevin Madsen and Francis Selldorff for being fun and fast. The team at Turner delivered a car that was totally dialed in, and it was a privilege to watch such a professional and experienced team at work. They are also a really great group of humans. Thanks to Apex for putting on a great event too. Can’t wait for the next one!”

This race officially completes the 2025 season for Turner Motorsport with Team Owner Will Turner noting, “I think it’s kind of cool. We wrapped up the year with one more race win!”

The team will kick off its 2026 campaign with IMSA’s ROAR Before the 24 at Daytona International Speedway in January. Car entries and driver lineups for the season will be announced leading into the IMSA and SRO season openers.
