“The Indy 8 Hour is a unique challenge for our SRO group because it’s a one off race in all aspects. Beyond the race length, the rules and regulations are a bit different, which keep everyone on their toes. The car count is also higher, and there’s the element of night racing. In terms of our approach, I think we treat it like any other race. In the championship scenario, we’re doing the chasing, which means we can attack and drive freely to try to catch our championship rivals. This will also be Justin’s first endurance race, so I’m excited to show him the ropes and I’m sure he’ll enjoy getting his first laps in at night.

“We had a great car a few weeks ago for the IMSA race where we got P2, so that will certainly translate to this weekend. The setup will have to evolve to suit the different tire, but we know the general trend to make our M4 GT3 quick around the speedway.”

-Robby Foley, driver of the No. 29 BMW M4 GT3 in GTWC

“I’m excited to come back to Indy after a double podium weekend in IMSA. Robby and Patrick’s success should give us a great jump on the competition for the championship.”

-Will Turner, Team Owner
